Remove all non-relevant information without exemptions, by identifying non-relevant at each instant. Provide only guidance, training guides, PDI's, and manuals that currently in use. Provide only last e-mail chain where applicable. Provide only English versions where versions are available in both official languages. Omit all instances of an actual or possible Cabinet confidence.
