Request Summary: For the period from January 1, 2022, to September 21, 2022, I would like to obtain the following records regarding the housing of individuals apprehended entering Canada at Roxham Rd, and who are held at the Quality Hotel Centre de Congrès, 725 Bd du Séminaire N, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC J3B 8H1; emails, reports, briefing notes, meeting minutes, handwritten notes, and memorandums that mention the following: a) Costs associated with housing individuals at this hotel b) Incidents involving individuals under federal government care at this facility c) Average length of time of individuals under federal government care at this facility, and d) Police interventions involving these same individuals at this facility Provide only English versions where multiple languages are available. Include only final versions or latest drafts of documents, and last complete email chains. Remove non-relevant information without applying exemptions and identify them as not relevant. Remove materials that are an account of a possible or actual Cabinet confidence.
