Any and all records received by Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority (WDBA) between July 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021 requesting or encouraging WDBA to implement a mandatory vaccination policy; 2. Any and all records received by Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority (WDBA) between July 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021 requiring or directing WDBA to implement a mandatory vaccination policy; 3. Any and all records received by Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority (WDBA) between July 1, 2021 to date requesting or encouraging WDBA to continue its mandatory vaccination policy; 4. Any and all records received by Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority (WDBA) between July 1, 2021 to date requiring or directing WDBA to continue its mandatory vaccination policy; and 5. Any and all records produced by or at the direction of Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority (WDBA) assessing the risks and benefits of, or making recommendations with respect to, the WDBA mandatory vaccination policy and its effect(s) on health and safety in the work place.
