All data and statistics relative to the repayment status of all HASCAP loans, including number of corporations in default, number of corporations in forbearance, and dollar amounts associated. 3. A list of any and all corporations who received HASCAP financial facilities or any other COVID-19 related financial assistance from BDC or guaranteed by BDC who were subsequently released from or had deferred the obligation to repay the facilities inpart or in whole, and the dollar amounts forgiven or deferred. 4. A list of court cases where BDC is the plaintiff against corporations and individuals who are in default on HASCAP loans.
