Request Summary: I am seeking all records including but not limited to memos, briefing notes, internal notes, reports, discussions, emails pertaining to the following; a. IRCC's plans for operations of the citizenship grant program for fiscal years 2022-23 and 2023-24, including any plans, strategies and actions to reduce the backlog of citizenship applications, citizenship tests and oath ceremonies b. Differential treatment of paper and online citizenship applications and plans for prioritization between these two modes of application c. Plans to train more IRCC staff to process online citizenship applications d. The latest available data on the number of citizenship grant applications in inventory in each IRCC office, at each stage, by the mode of application (paper/online) and by the language of application (English/French) e. Classification of citizenship grant applications into different processing streams, such as streamlined and routine applications f. A new initiative to provide 'an option for those who wish to self-administer their Oath by signed attestation, and celebrate their citizenship at a later date, as announced by Minister Fraser on January 31, 2022 g. Forward Regulatory Plan 2022-2024: Regulations amending the Citizenship Regulations to modernize the Citizenship Program. Please provide all applicable documents available in both English and French.
