Request Summary: From January 8, 2020 to September 22, 2021, copy of all memos, memorandums, briefing notes, debriefs, policies, guides, reports and plans that contain the term(s) "TEER" or "Training, Education, Experience and Responsibilities". Currently, IRCC uses NOC Skill Levels for their Federal Skilled Worker and Canadian Experience Class programs. Applicants have to have work experience in 1 of these National Occupational Classification (NOC) job groups: Managerial jobs (skill type 0) Professional jobs (skill level A) Technical jobs and skilled trades (skill level B) With the NOC 2021 coming into place, I am trying to find out which "TEER" (not TERR) or "Training, Education, Experience and Responsibilities" levels or groups will be associated with the Federal Skilled Worker Program and Canadian Experience Class. Currently, the National Occupational Classification (NOC) Skill Levels are 0, A, B, C, and D With the NOC 2021 this will become TEER categories 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Management occupations 1 Occupations usually require a university degree 2 Occupations usually require a college diploma or apprenticeship training of two or more years; or supervisory occupations 3 Occupations usually require a college diploma or apprenticeship training of less than two years; or more than six months of on-the-job training 4 Occupations usually require a secondary school diploma; or several weeks of on-the-job training 5 Occupations usually require short-term work demonstration and no formal education ¿
