Request Summary: Records on the number and function of Program staff in the Canada Border Services Agency including: organizational charts, governance and decision-making of the Program; annual or periodic reports on the activities of the Program from January 1, 2015 to June 7, 2022; any and all information related to the Crimes Against Humanity Fund established under the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act (CAHCA); any management, administrative, or accounting reports relating to monies collected in the CAHCA; the budget of the Program from January 1, 1998 to June 7, 2022; the amounts and proportion of the annual budget allocated to: criminal investigations under the CAHCA; criminal prosecutions under the CAHCA; extradition of individuals to a foreign state or surrender to an international criminal tribunal; and judicial actions and proceedings under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and the Citizenship Act. Additionally, the amounts and/or proportion of the annual budget allocated to immigration and citizenship measures such as denial of access to Canada, denial of visa, denial of entry, cancellation or loss of refugee status, removal or deportation from Canada, and revocation of Canadian citizenship. Any statistics or studies related to the cost and effectiveness of the Program's criminal investigation, prosecution, extradition, immigration or citizenship measures, including those related to the above mechanisms. The number of complaints denunciations, allegations or other communications filed with the Program for genocide, war crimes or crimes against humanity including for individuals who were not in Canada and the geographical origin of the above-mentioned complaints. A list of individuals sought by Canadian authorities in connection with allegations of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity and the number of criminal investigations conducted or initiated in connection with crimes against humanity.
