Request Summary: The following is regarding a Reportable Event that occurred at a Canadian Nuclear Power Plant on October 27, 2009, at 12:11. The following was required by the IAEA Staff from the IAEA Country Coordinator (Mr. Ben Poulet, CNSC Staff, Canada) or the CNSC Staff: Conduct a Trend Analysis: IAEA Staff required that a for the be provide to IAEA Staff and the Trend Analysis be circulated to CNSC Staff. We kindly request the following information be provided to us in the same format, in five Sections, and as soon as the Section information is available: Five Information Sections 1a) Please provide conducted Trend Analysis. And provide the Trend Analysis data collected for the year 2000-2010 period. And provide the Trend Analysis circulation documentation and the scope of circulation. 1b) And the Trend Analysis data collected via the NPP Quality Program, Analysis Timeline, and reports shared with CANDU Owners Group, including Pointe Lepreau Nuclear Power Plant Management and Owners. 1c) And the IAEA Country Coordinator (Canada, CNSC Staff Mr. Ben Poulet) emails regarding any aspect of the Trend Analysis required. 2a) Provide to CNSC Staff the CNSC Staff conducted Trend Analysis: Provide any documentation of Trend Analysis circulation and its CNSC Staff circulation scope. 2b) And provide information of Trend Analysis circulation to Mr. Ben Poulet, Country Coordinator (Canada) or CNSC Staff Member replacing him.
