Request Summary: I am looking for a geographic information systems (GIS) file (shapefile aka shp, geojson, or fgdb) and/or corresponding table of all geographic reporting boundaries (DAs, CMAs, CTs, CSDs, Prov/Territories, etc.) and their corresponding DGUIDs for all vintages (2016, 2011, 2006, 2001) in order to be able to properly use the data returned in the CODS API which uses DGUIDs as a primary key.
