Request Summary: Over the last several years, IRCC has been migrating the contents of its officer manuals (IP, OP, ENF, etc.) from pdf formats to a Program Delivery Instructions html format. Several manuals have been removed from circulation in the process, while some are still rendered available. I would please like all records and documents relative to the planning, and the tracking of progress, of this great re-arrangement of officer instructions from one document format to another, including diagrams, tables, flowcharts, documents assigning roles and responsibilities, goals for the project, etc. All records related to this specific project from 2012-01-01 to September 28, 2022 would be relevant.
