Request Summary: 1. Emails or reports from Brookfeild (BIGS) or previously SNC Lavalin who had the contract since March 2009 until October 2018. 2. Reports from Brookfeild and SNC Lavalin of mention of mold and asbestos in the building for the same period (March 2009 to October 2018). 3. In 2015 or 2016, the department cut the budget for plants forcing the removal of all plants in the building. Please provide this report or mention of the end of the plant contract due to the budget. In 2014, 2015 or 2016, the vacuum budget was reduced to once every 2 weeks instead of once a week. Please provide me with information regarding these decisions (change in contract or other to validate the information).
