Request Summary: 1). Please share all records including memos, briefing notes, internal notes, reports and policy documents in relation to the return to the 2022 office strategy given the wide rollout of covid-19 vaccination in Canada. Include all information related to efforts to begin in-person services and the reopening of IRCC offices. 2). Please share all records including memos, briefing notes, internal notes, reports in relation to the current number of citizenship applications awaiting processing including detailed information for each stage since March, 2020 (awaiting AOR, awaiting testing, awaiting oath, awaiting certificate etc.). Report on the number of applicants at each stage and average number of weeks/months/years it takes to move from one stage to the next (Until July 05, 2021). 3). Please share all records including memos, briefing notes, internal notes, reports and policy documents in relation to efforts to reduce the large number of backlogged applicants waiting on their citizenship application. Please exclude information pertaining to online testing platform launched in November 2020 (Until July 05, 2021).
