Request Summary: I am interested in any documents, reports, or plans on IRCC's upcoming Passport Program Modernization Initiative (PPMI). Specifically, I am looking for documents, reports, or plans on how the new Passport Program system uses automation in its decision making beyond what is currently available on Government of Canada websites. The Status Report on Transformational and Major Crown Projects mentions automation, however I am hoping to get more detail in the automation system used for decision-making under the Passport Program: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/departmental-plan-2020-2021/status-report-on-transformational-major-crown-projects.html. The timeframe for the records I am seeking is May 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021.
