Request Summary: I am interested in statistics relating to Iranian applicants for Applications for Leave and Judicial Review (ALJR). Would you please provide me with detailed information for the dates between January 1, 2021 to December 24, 2021, relating only to the CPC Ottawa and Ankara Visa post? 1) What was the total number of applications processed for Study Permits, TRVs and work permits. 2) What was the refusal rate and approval rate. 3) How many ALJR was filed. Please specify for which type of application. January 1, 2021 to December 24, 2021. 4) How many ALJR applications were sent back to the visa office for re-determination. January 1, 2021 to December 24, 2021. 5) How many of these applications were positively re-determined and how many were refused. January 1, 2021 to December 24, 2021. 6) How many officers at CPC-Ottawa and Ankara review temporary visa applications. 7) On average how many temporary visa applications (Study Permit, work permit and TRV) do Officers review per day when they use the Chinook tool. Please give a breakdown per officer as per their IDs used in the GCMS notes. 8) During the mentioned period, how many requests were made for reconsideration and how many led to visa issuance. 9) removed 10) Please provide any emails, memos or internal communication in the matter of applications being taken to federal court.
