Provide only final versions or latest versions where no finals exist, remove all instances of duplicates, and remove all instances of non-relevant information where the context of the relevant information is not lost.? 2. Requesting data sets (preferably in Excel format) for applications received by IRCC by year (2018 up until March 31,2023), by province or territory, and by application type (initial or subsequent) including: total, number approved, number refused (and reasons why refused), average processing times, and costs to applicants. 3. I would also like to know the annual cost to IRCC to implement the program.
