Request Summary: IRCC has recently provided update on PGWP eligibility for International Students enrolled in Public Private partnerships colleges. On First Announcement on January 22, 2024, it was mentioned that International Students getting enrolled in September 1, 2024 will be impacted by this change. But further clarification has been published on IRCC's website under Newsroom Notices sections, it states that currently enrolled students will not be effected by this policy but New students getting enrolled will not receive PGWP. There is no effective date mentioned on this notice. The students who are getting enrolled in Maty 2024 batch, will they be eligible for PGWP? Please provide more clarification and also share the policy documents.
