Request Summary: All documents, including correspondence such as letters, e-mails, text messages, Teams messages, and the like, which prove and demonstrate that each Senator representing a territorial division of Quebec meets the “Qualifications of Senators” set out and prescribed in section 23 of the Constitution Act, 1867, both prior to their appointment and during their entire term of office. In one or more documented cases of non-compliance with section 23, I would like to obtain all documents, including correspondence such as letters, e-mails, text messages, Teams messages, and the like, outlining sanctions or actions taken against non-compliant senators.
