Request Summary: This is a request under this jurisdiction’s freedom of information legislation for records held by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. Please provide a machine-readable, itemized database, spreadsheet or dump/export (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL or CSV file format, not PDF) of the 365 unsuccessful HAF applications from municipalities located in Ontario. Exclude any database fields containing personally-identifiable information. It should include, be limited to the following details for each of the unsuccessful applications from municipalities located in the province of Ontario, if available: Municipality name Application date Reason application refused/declined Date application refused/declined Funding applied for 3 year housing goal 10-year housing goal Copy of their HAF Action Plan, or HAF Action Plan summary Exclude duplicates, and only include latest versions of documents (final versions or latest drafts). Additionally, I also request all records documenting the database, its construction and integrated datasets, so that the public can accurately interpret the data (ie. “data dictionary”).
