Subway (14-3710 Eastgate Drive, Regina, Saskatchewan, 2018-11-06); 2.HSBC Software Development (Canada) Inc. (3383 Gilmore Way, Burnaby, British Columbia 2017-10-27). Note 2: ESDC has confirmed that these two cases are in the jurisdiction of IRCC and that IRCC holds the records pertaining to these cases (see attached screenshot of email from Alana Melbourne, ATIP Analyst, ESDC).
