Request Summary: Please accept this request for records under the Access to Information Act. My request concerns documents related to the Official Languages Act (OLA). Specifically, I would like to receive electronic copies of the following records: • Any internal records (reports, memos, legal opinions, training material, guidelines, or otherwise) that concern how the Commissioner calculates the number of passengers who are used to trigger the application of the OLA to airports or ferry terminals. Omit anything that has already been published on the Commissioner’s website or that is otherwise available to the public already. • Any internal records (reports, memos, legal opinions, training material, guidelines, or otherwise) that concern how the Commissioner interprets the phrases “over a year” or “during a year” or “ au cours d’une année” as that phrase is used in sections 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10 of the Official Languages (Communications with and Services to the Public) Regulations, SOR/92-48.
