Request Summary: •Provide drafts of the 2021-26 strategic plan, progress reports from the consultant on the strategic plan development and the National Gallery of Canada feedback to the consultants on strategic plan expectations and consultant work. •Include the 2021-22 and 2022-23 follow up assessments and challenges to implementing the 2021-26 strategic plan (including goals met, not met to date) and how this plan has affected and will affect staffing and led to dismissals and could lead to further dismissals. •Provide any records from 2021 and 2022 from Angela Cassie, first as VP Strategic Transformation and now as Interim Director and CEO; Tania Lafreniere, the Vice President of People, Culture and Belonging; and Steven Loft, Vice President of Indigenous Ways and Decolonization in making staff changes and dismissals, and in answering internal and external criticism (including drafts in responding to union, art donors, art galleries and others). Exclude communications with Legal Counsel. •Provide minutes for Board of Trustees meetings since 2019, and staff reports for those meetings concerning the strategic plan, its implementation and staff dismissals. •Exclude records processed under NGC file #A2022-014.
