Request Summary: We would like to obtain, in both French and English, any policies, briefing notes, internal instructions or other guidelines given to IRCC officers or other government decision-makers in the context of immigration application reviews, with respect to the validity of a signature, whether it is an immigration application submitted in paper format, by fax or electronically (e-mail, portal, etc.). We want to understand what IRCC officers and other decision-makers rely on to determine whether a signature is acceptable or not, e.g. when it is an electronic signature, a signature in black or blue ink, a signature in lead pencil, etc
