Request Summary: For the timeframe of January 2020 to now, (statistical information (where applicable) not personal information of applicants): 1 - Please provide any circulars (including drafts), internal policies based on which the PR applications are placed in groups at different visa offices based on whether the applicant is physically in Canada or not. 2 - Also, provide the list of all such groups (abbreviations / acronym used in the GCMS notes) that have been created at different visa offices as a result of COVID travel restrictions to process such applications. I am requesting information from all visa offices in the IRCC network where the express entry permanent residency applications are currently being processed, where certain groups have been created to club the pending permanent residency applications of applicants who are not exempt from travel restrictions. One such example of the group listed on the officer's electronic notes is "CN COVID Pace."
