Request Summary: All emails and text messages from the Director General level or higher that includes the following: (a) "Yves Giroux" or "PBO" or "Parliamentary Budget Officer" and (b) "passport." (a) and (b) must both be contained in the body of the emails. I do not seek his personal information rather, I am seeking the correspondence regarding his role as the PBO as how it relates to IRCC. Provide only English versions where multiple languages are available. Include only final versions or latest drafts of documents, and last complete email chains. Remove non-relevant records and identify them as such. Also remove materials that are an account of a possible or actual Cabinet confidence.
