Request Summary: All Documents ragarding Muskowekwan First Nation # 392. The Election Act underwent a ratification process. The total Electors - 1310 eligible voters - 236 electors cast a ballot-124 votes cast YES and 111 cast NO. September 23, 2016 was the ratification vote. Chief and Council submitted a resolution requesting to the Minister of Indian Affairs to issue an order to terminate the application of Section 74 of the Indian Act to the First Nation on October 11, 2016. An amendment to the Custom Election Act was held in November, 2020, December 2020 and February, 2021 to review Custom Election Law. All documents of process from July 1, 2016 to October 11, 2016 -All documents of Amendment consultation and Amendment vote September 1, 2020 to March 1, 2021
