Request Summary: Being that all medical devices with regards to SARS-CoV-2 - cloth/surgical/procedure masks, PCR and/or rapid tests, and all Covid-19 “vaccines” are only “authorized for use” under the Interim Health Order issued by Health Canada relating to the State of Emergency; are not approved or licensed in the conventional sense. Please clarify how provincial “mask mandates” under the current State Of Emergency are lawful, enforceable and punishable by a monetary penalty for non-compliance when the Canadian Bill of Rights clearly states; the right of the individual to life, liberty, security of person, etc... The Charter of Rights and Freedoms under Section 7 protects our right to liberty, bodily intregrity and autonomy, and to choose what essential medical care we receive or procedures/treatments we undergo. No level of government, health agency, top health advisor nor law enforcement can lawfully mandate a medical device - approved or not - on the general populous.
