A copy of the yearly fee analysis as well as the five-year summary analysis for each output / service, in each fiscal year, in each of the following fiscal year periods: 2017-2018; 2018-2019; 2019-2020; and 2020-2021. 3. A copy of the one-page summary based on the yearly analysis that provides the total cost, volume, unit cost for each fee service (output) in each fiscal year, in each of the following fiscal year periods: 2017-2018; 2018-2019'; 2019-2020; and 2020-2021.
