Request Summary: Request for Hansard records detailing purpose for changes in CPP regulations Bill C-51 (see attached) CPP regulations 67 (2) pre 2012 were superseded by CPP regulations 67 (3.1) 2012 I wish to determine if there is any suggestion, expectation, understanding or implication that ESDC activate pension plan members term benefits at age 70 had they not yet applied at age 70.
