Exclude material that would require consultation for confirmation of a Cabinet confidence or with DOJ. Limit records to that received/prepared by or for the individual that has or had primary carriage of the particular file, e.g., a DG, Director, or Senior Policy Advisor. Provide the final e-mail chain from an e-mail chain, remove all instances of duplicates, and remove all instances of non-relevant information where the context of the relevant information is not lost.
