Request Summary: I would like to request the number of first-time study permit applicants processed by visa offices in China(i.e. Hong Kong office, Beijing office) between 2019 and 2022. If possible, please include processing times on each application, approval rates, number of refused cases etc. In addition, I would like to have a report regarding the applicants who applied multiple times with an approval rate as well.
