Request Summary: I am interested in understanding the processing time for Eligibility decisions made through the TRV rest of the world model or any other model currently used for TRV applications in different tiers (tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3) submitted from India. If that data is not available in any records/documents written by or sent to overseas/foreign visa offices, please provide a copy of the latest policies, directives, guidelines, and any other guidance documents that pertain to the processing of Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) applications submitted from India.
