Count of total Permanent Residence Applications under the family class under the Parents and Grandparents program accepted for processing in New Delhi for the application year 2019 that are Still under Processing Status as of Oct 20, 2020. I am only looking for the total count for each of these questions and only for the parents and grandparents category. Thanks
