Request Summary: I am requesting the GCMS notes of the 20 most recent PR card renewal application files where 1) a PR card has been issued (i.e. a decision has been made and the application has been approved) AND 2) where in the GCMS notes under Correspondence -> Incoming -> Item: Client Information, the text IRM 0002 or "IRM0002" appears in the comments field. I'm particularly interested in the >Created Date and Received date of the applications, the date a decision has been made on the files, the "Application History, Activities sections" and the "Notes" sections. Everything else is not relevant and can be redacted. All personal information of the respective clients can be redacted.
