Request Summary: I am looking for copy of letter known (informally) as "Department of External Affairs Directive to National Archives, March 1990." It was written by DEA/Johnston (presumably ER "Ted" Johnston of the DEA ATIP division) to an individual named Swift at the National Archives on March 14, 1990. It likely relates to the acquisition, disclosure and/or declassification of Department of External Affairs records held by the National Archives. I am interested in both the letter and - once found - all contextual documents on the same file (or part thereof).
