Request Summary: From January 1, 2016, to December 30, 2020, or to the most current dates, please provide all records regarding instructions provided to immigration officers pertaining to the processing or reviewing of study permits, study permits' extensions, visitor visas (TRV), and Permanent residency application under the Spousal sponsorship class of citizens or residents of Iran. Records should include (without limitation) Internal Guides/Manuals and Operational Bulletins, any written documents, electronic records of every kind, images, recordings, voice messages, briefing notes, correspondence, memoranda, email consultation documents, testing and evaluation documents, award notifications, proposals evaluators, notes, contacts, and communications plans. Part of this requested information previously presented to Request number A-2017-32649, however, I was not able to access that record. Notwithstanding that, I need access to the most up to dated information.
