Request Summary: We understand that there is a Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Citizenship and Immigration, the Canada Border Services Agency and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Under Section 5. Sharing of Information, the administrative framework governing the exchange of personal and case related information between the Parties through the immigration and refugee processes is outlined in the Information Sharing Annex.
