Request Summary: I am requesting a copy of the description of learnings related to monitoring and addressing socio-economic impacts from the expansion project the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) required Trans Mountain to submit to the CER by Aug 14th, 2023 after an Inspection order in July 2023. I'd also like the info that was required for table 5 of the Socio-Economic Effect Monitoring Plan (which was due Aug 4th), and the corrective action plan that was due on August 21st.
