For example when I say criteria I mean factors such as date of application receipt, urgent /not urgent and any other factors that are used by IRCC to sequence and prioritize clients for online tests. ---- Please provide any document or record that shows the breakdown of citizenship applications inventory in the IRCC Scarborough office by the urgent / regular factor. For example, how many are urgent applications versus regular. ----- Please provide any document or record that show how many requests came to IRCC through web-forms and through postal mails. Of these how many requests were to change an application from regular processing to urgent processing.
