I am seeking access to several fields included in that system: 1) the request text (if this is not available, a summary of the request), 2) the date it was received, 3) the date it was completed, 4) whether access was granted in full or in part, and 5) how many pages were released. I am seeking this information for records that were completed between January 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022.
