Request Summary: 1. Any record that explains what a Temporary Protection Status document is 2. Any record that indicates the types of documents that may be potentially accepted as a Temporary Protection Status document. 3. Any records of email exchanges between IRCC employees providing guidance, clarifications and advise with respect to the processing of Federal EMPP 4. Any record that explains the rationale applied when assessing the Federal EMPP eligible document to establish refugee or displaced status. 5. Any record that indicates the number of applications received to date under the No-Job offer stream of Federal EMPP (most current data available). We understand there is a cap of 250 applications per year under this stream, we would like to understand if the cap is reached or, if not reached, how many more applications can be accepted. 6. If there is a list of countries with a list of acceptable documents, we would like to see that. If no such list exists, please ignore this line. 7.
