Request Summary: "In September 2021 revisions (eligibility requirements) were announced for LMIA exemption code C 41, as it would impact dependant spouse/CL partner of international students. Remove all non-relevant information without exemptions, by identifying non-relevant at each instant. Provide only last e-mail chain where applicable. Provide only English versions where versions are available in both official languages. Omit all instances of an actual or possible Cabinet confidence."
