Request Summary: I was hoping to obtain the up-to-date policy or manuals on refusing/returning applications if it is determined that the unauthorized representative was used. Basically, if determined that the third party was used to file the application but no IMM5476 submitted what actions officer should do. Also if you can provide statistic for the numbers from January 1, 2022 till today it would be great.
