Request Summary: Copies of 400 RPD decisions based on the criteria given below. An estimate of our eventual breakdown is a as follows: 250 positive (215 English, 35 French), and 150 negative (150 English, 0 French). To allow us to choose cases, first I request a listing of all non-expedited Refugee Protection Division final decisions for claims adjudicated on religious grounds from the start of 2016 to May 23, 2019. The suggested for format is provided below, similar a 2017 request, with the addition of columns provided to us in response to our original request: Disposition, Principal Applicant Claim, and Claim Category.
