Request Summary: Amended: I am looking for any written final complete agreement between Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario, and ItalPasta. Among specifics in such a written agreement, I am looking for: 1. Is the $1.7 million funding to ItalPasta an outright grant, or is it a total or partial loan? 2. If a loan, what is the time frame for repayment by ItalPasta? 3. What is the interest rate on the loan? 4. What written undertakings has ItalPasta made regarding new jobs to be created resulting from the $1.7 million funding? If a final written agreement which includes the above four points does not exist, then I would want draft communications, internal and external, as well.
