Request Summary: Please provide all information and the complete file for the My Main Streets - McDougall Street Corridor grant in the announced amount of $235,000.00 to the University of Windsor. In particularly, I am seeking a copy of the grant Application, all correspondence and communication records with the grant recipient (prior to, during and after the grant) and an accounting for the funds paid to the University of Windsor as reported back to the Ministry, complete with any accounting records, invoices or proof of payment provided to the Ministry as proof of the distribution of funds by the University.
