Request Summary: Please provide all documents from July 26, 2020 to March 4, 2021 respecting (1) review, analysis and proposals for renewal of the temporary Standing Orders adopted in June 2017 related to the consideration of the Estimates; (2) Private Member’s Motion M-38 (Standing Committee on Science and Research) (43rd Parliament); (3) the pending review of the Conflict of Interest Code for Members of the House of Commons by the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs; (4) preparations for, and monitoring and analysis of the February 1, 2021 debate in the House concern Standing Orders and procedure; (5) the pending review of the Standing Orders by the Procedure and House Affairs Committee; and (6) generally, the Standing Orders and procedures of the House, including proposals for amendments thereto. Please exclude; memoranda to Cabinet and aides-memoire for Cabinet consideration; Treasury Board submissions; speaking notes or decks for presentations to Cabinet or its committees; briefing notes and covering memoranda concerning the type of Cabinet records I've identified to exclude; publicly available versions of government documents (i.e., do not exclude drafts of those documents); the French version of documents which are equally available in each official language; copies of draft legislative texts; and off-topic information in otherwise responsive documents (e.g., news stories on other issues in a media summary).
