For the period January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022, provide internal guidelines, operational manuals and policies that are referenced by officers in determining what economic or political factors should be considered when assessing temporary resident applications. Provide only English versions where multiple languages are available. Include only final versions or latest drafts of documents. Remove non-relevant records and identify them as such. Also remove materials that are an account of a possible or actual Cabinet confidence.
