Request Summary: The two specific panels of interest under the Global Call for RQ+ College of Reviewers are Networked Economies (NE) and Employment and Growth (EG). No names of anyone are sought by me nor should they be disclosed for responses to questions. Information sought pertains to six questions: What specific criteria were used for selection of members to be appointed to the two panels (NE and EG)? Were any of the selected members sole sourced? Was a thorough due diligence conducted of all EOls (i.e. Expressions of Interest or applications)? Briefly, what are the ages, nationalities, credentials (professional, directly related international experience, publications, etc.) of the selected panel members for the two panels: NE and EG? Do any of the selected panel members (for the two panels) have any links to anyone at IDRC in any manner whatsoever (personal or professional)?
