How many appeal decisions has the National Second Level Appeals (N2LA) Unit made between the start of the COVID-19 pandemic (March 16, 2020) and today which is May 7, 2020? 2. Exactly how has the COVID-19 pandemic impacted the N2LA's ability to process appeal requests? DO NOT GIVE ME GENERIC INFORMATION. I am looking for exact information such as, "The N2LA cannot process Protected B information while working from home."
