Request Summary: The Canada Gazette, Part I, Volume 155, Number 25: Order Amending Schedules 2 and 3 to the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (Flavours) REGULATORY IMPACT ANALYSIS STATEMENT refers to the elicitation of estimates of the risk of vaping compared to smoking from five academics. The process used to elicit this information. A report on eliciting the experts' opinion, analogous to "Elicitation of Expert Judgements on the Behavioural Aspects of a Nicotine Standard" March 2017. Any report or documentation referring to how information on the risks of vaping was elicited from the five academics.
